We just needed a place to sleep overnight, and this spot was perfect for that. The cozy bed felt just right after a long day of fun, and we appreciated the warm shower to freshen up. The only downside was that the air conditioner was a bit noisy, but it didn't take away from our overall stay. 😊

A Surprisingly Comfortable Stay Despite the Surroundings!

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed and how clean the linens felt. Even more remarkable was the friendly staff who promptly addressed my requests. For food, I highly recommend the local diner nearby for breakfast—the pancakes were delicious! Just be prepared for noise from nearby streets.

Absolutely nothing.

Stayed for a night in a Standard King Room. The bed was surprisingly comfy, and the linens seemed clean. But wow, the place had seen better days. Door was hard to open, and the kitchenette didn’t have running water. The bathroom had some serious issues like a wobbly toilet and rusty towel rack. The floor looked clean but definitely wasn't. A little sketchy outside too with some shady folks hanging around. Still, it served its purpose as a place to crash for a night.

This place was a great fit for a trip in Ventura and good for the money. The room had a beautiful new bed and a large TV, which really made my stay enjoyable.

We enjoyed the lovely beach just a short drive away and made great use of the nearby Marina Park’s playground. Staying here with my girlfriend and kids was fun, especially with the cute cats roaming around the property.

The bathroom could use a deep clean. the shower had a little mildew buildup, and the sink drained slowly because of hair caught in the strainer. I noticed that the kitchenette wasn't very functional. the fridge didn't seem fully clean, and I hesitated to use the microwave because it looked unkempt. While the room was generally quiet at night, I did hear some noise from the hallway occasionally. WiFi connection was spotty, making it difficult to work during my stay. Some areas, like the outdoor spaces and stairways, felt neglected. A bit more attention to maintenance would greatly improve the atmosphere. With comfortable beds and a good location, it has potential, but cleanliness and upkeep need significant improvement.
